With their recommendation, you can take official missions, improve your capabilities and gain promotions step by step. Once you gain control of a city, you can manage its development and assemble armies. You can choose to defend your territory peacefully, or launch a rebellion, conquer lands and become a sovereign ruler. Four distinct paths — wanderer, warrior, city lord and monarch — come with exclusive main quests. Romance storylines are accessible in every phase, and unique romantic content unlocks only when you ascend to monarch. The combat system works in layers. One-on-one duels and team fights run in turn-based mode. Large-scale wars between cities adopt turn-based strategy gameplay, where you arrange troops to seize territories across the continent.
