AMATEUR HOCKEY IS ABOUT MORE THAN RESULTS Lancers Cup is a hockey management simulation with RPG elements in which you take charge of an amateur club. Your players are not millionaire stars – they are ordinary people with jobs, personal budgets, different personalities, ambitions, and varying motivation to train. Every decision has a human side. Work shifts can make players miss practice or a game, personal finances affect how much they can contribute toward ice time, relationships shape lineup chemistry, and different ambitions can change the mood in the locker room. RUN THE TEAM YOUR WAY • Build a lineup with a goaltender and two to four lines. • Set detailed tactics for every phase of play. • Schedule practices, choose the date and rink, and develop player attributes. • Scout free agents and negotiate their role, ice time, and team expectations. • Manage club finances, ice rental costs, and player contributions. • Balance talent, age, form, morale, discipline, personality, and team relationships.
