A routine night shift for security guard Vovan ends in disaster. He's fired over the phone, without even a hearing, while the millionaire owner's son attempts suicide right by the pool. The attempt fails in the most absurd way, but it's this very night that brings together four desperate people with nothing left to lose. Vovan was discarded as a lost cause after ten years of service. Fugitive plastic surgeon Anatoly is being sought by creditors and a vengeful client. Natalya, the cook, will be killed if she doesn't pay off the family debts. And Eduard is a broken, wealthy heir, despised by his own father who has no intention of saving him. When life has driven everyone into a corner, a mad plan is hatched: kidnap Eduard himself and demand a ransom from his father, the millionaire Konstantin. After all, his reputation is worth more than his own son. Thus begins an absurd crime road movie through the Russian outback.
